Paste the ingredient list exactly as it is printed on the label, choose how the food is made, and get the same open score we give every other product, with the same model, rules and weights.

Photograph the ingredients panel to rate the recipe, or the front of the pack to find the product in our database. The photo is used only to read the label and is not stored.

This tool scores from the ingredient list alone. Declared nutritional or technological additives from the label can each add a +1 transparency bonus to the published product score, so a product page may be 1-2 points higher than the score here.

Percentages are optional. Missing ones are estimated from the list order.
